Mark your calendars. One of Austin’s most anticipated fall events, the 39th Annual AIA Austin Homes Tour, will take place October 25-26, and this year features the work of 10 architects. The self-guided, curated tour showcases both new builds and newly renovated homes designed by local, best-in-field architects.
The architects, selected by the AIA Austin Homes Tour Committee, include A|Parallel Architecture, Candace Wong Architecture + Design, Cuppett Kilpatrick Architecture + Interior Design, Drophhouse and Russ Design Studio, Hugh Jefferson Randolph Architects, Mell Lawrence Architects, Ravel Architecture, Side Angle Side, Specht Novak, and Studio Momentum. The lineup covers a wide range of home designs from architects who have been featured on previous tours along with a few first-time participants such as Studio Momentum and Russ Design Studio.
Early bird tickets go on sale August 4: $45 for general admission. Regular general admission tickets will be $50 after September 19 online and $60 at the doors. VIP tickets are $125.
